Launching Pilot and Community-Based Programs

Launching pilot and community-based programs: Many of our clients contact us when they are in the process of drafting a grant application or developing a pilot program.

LPC partners with these clients, bringing the evaluation arm into the early stage of development. With this, we often write the evaluation section of the grant applications and proposals.

For these clients, LPC also develops an evaluation design, working in collaboration with the client to draft a logic model and data collection tools, and then collecting and analyzing the data they need to report to funders. This often includes federal grantees and the use of the GPRA (Government Performance Reporting Act).
